pee wee herman!
i already loved door sixteen. i have had a blog crush on this one for quite some time. but then she posted screen caps of Pee Wee’s Big Adventure from the drive in, and my love for her was sealed.
i have to say that pee wee (paul reubens) is a genius. and i love him, and am so glad he’s back on the scene. hell, i have the whole boxed set of pee wee’s playhouse on vhs! love love love!

paint by number
i’m not the only one. lots of folks have been obsessed with paint by numbers lately—-i’ve seen it. this, however, takes it to a new level. a paint by number mural on the wall. rad. again from design*sponge. need to stop reading their before & after posts. must. sleep.

ginette lapalme makes me want to paint some sticks. seriously, sticks? yes! they’re beautiful!
wish i could do this.
i want this in my backyard. of my house. that i don’t have yet. but i will. soon.
animals photographed unusually pt. 3
so, this third installment took me a while. i’m moving. therefore my brain is going crazy. and i’m behind. nonetheless, here we go!
julia, i know these are kind of cheesy. especially the title, “Catherine’s Animals.” and your last post was pretty good! but they really appeal to my design sensibility, and i still think they’re pretty rad! catherine ledner has photographed all manner of animals with graphic wallpaper backgrounds and pretty great light.
